ReadyWidget is a specialized platform designed to help you build and deploy highly customizable, interactive widgets. From Countdown Timers that drive urgency to Music Players that set the mood, our tools are built to integrate seamlessly with Notion, Canva, and modern web platforms.

2. Getting Started

Everything starts at your Dashboard (Assets). Once logged in, you can manage your existing creations or start a new project with a single click.

  • Widget Selection: Click the "Create" button and choose whether you want to build a Countdown or a Music Player.
  • Naming: Give your widget a recognizable name to stay organized as your collection grows.

3. Creating a Countdown Widget

The Countdown editor allows for granular control over the visual style of your timer:

  1. Target Date: Set your deadline by choosing the exact date.
  2. Display Units: Show or hide Years, Months, Weeks, Days, etc.
  3. Custom Colors: Match your branding by selecting custom hex codes for digits and unit labels.

4. Creating a Music Player Widget

Bring sound to your pages. Our Music Player supports YouTube integration for a seamless audio experience:

  1. YouTube Link: Simply paste a YouTube video link. The player will automatically extract the audio for playback.
  2. Player Styles:
    • Vinyl: A rotating disc aesthetic perfect for lo-fi or retro vibes.
    • Classic: A modern, clean control bar with a play/pause interface.
  3. Theme Color: Customize the primary color of the play button and icons to fit your project's aesthetic.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to update my code if I change widget settings?

No. All changes are saved in real-time. Once you update your widget in our editor, it will automatically update everywhere it's embedded.

Why doesn't the music play automatically?

Modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc.) prevent audio from playing automatically to improve user experience. Users must interact with the "Play" button to start the music.

Which YouTube links are supported?

We support standard YouTube video links and shortened youtu.be links. Ensure the video is public and allows embedding.
